When is this service useful?
Carpet cleaning is particularly important in offices, hotels, rental apartments, corridors, waiting areas, playrooms and hospitality venues where textile flooring is used every day.
How does the booking work?
Tell us the type of premises, approximate floor area and location. Photographs, if available, can help make the assessment more accurate.
Call to discuss a suitable time
Photographs can help if you have them, but a call or message is enough to get started.
Process and scheduling
Before work, we assess the carpet type, fibre condition, soiling, access and available drying time. The scope and preparation follow the actual condition. Where appropriate, maintenance can focus on the busiest areas without cleaning the entire floor at every visit.
Limitations and realistic expectations
Cleaning can improve colour, reduce odours and remove or lessen stains. It cannot repair worn fibres, fading or damage from previous chemicals. Old or unidentified stains may remain visible. The space returns to use only after the carpet condition and drying have been checked.
Frequently asked questions
Can just the busiest area be cleaned?
This can be considered after assessing the carpet, differences between areas and overall condition. Targeted maintenance does not always replace occasional cleaning of the entire floor.
How long does drying take?
Drying time depends on the fibres, backing, ventilation, temperature and humidity. It is taken into account when agreeing the schedule.
