Which surfaces?
We clean hard floors in hospitality venues, offices, corridors, entrance areas, waiting rooms, warehouses and other commercial premises.
Estimates
Tell us the floor type, approximate area and location. We can then propose a treatment and suitable time.
Call for a premises assessment
The estimate depends on the surface, soiling, floor area and a suitable working period.
Process and scheduling
Before choosing a treatment, we establish the flooring type, finish, grout condition and existing damage. Work is planned around areas that can temporarily be set aside, with agreed access routes and time before reopening.
Limitations and realistic expectations
Cleaning is not floor restoration: it does not repair cracks, scratches, damaged coatings or permanent chemical marks. A method suitable for tiles may not suit concrete or a delicate finish. Suitability is determined by assessment.
Frequently asked questions
Can every hard floor be machine cleaned?
No. The material, finish and condition determine whether a proposed treatment is suitable.
Can only entrances and corridors be treated?
The scope can be agreed by area after checking the surface and access.
